Because our programs involve intellectual property, structured frameworks, live sessions, and limited-seat cohorts, refund policies are designed to ensure fairness while protecting program integrity.
By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the terms outlined below.
If Art of Discipline includes digital content, live sessions, or immediate access materials:
In rare and exceptional cases (medical emergencies or documented unavoidable situations), requests may be reviewed at our discretion.
All decisions made by Skills Beyond Education regarding refunds are final.
For corporate bookings:
100% advance payment confirms booking.
Rescheduling may be permitted with prior written notice (minimum 7–14 days depending on agreement).
Cancellation within the notice period may incur administrative or scheduling charges.
Custom corporate agreements may override this general policy.
Specific terms will be detailed in individual service agreements.
For application-based or limited-seat programs:
Enrollment deposits are non-refundable.
If participant withdraws before program commencement, transfer to a future cohort may be considered (subject to approval).
No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.
All sales are final once access is delivered.
Damaged items may be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery with valid proof.
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us directly may result in suspension of access to programs and services.
